Before becoming a business owner, I was the technical director at an automotive manufacturing plant. It was a pivotal time for the industry, with plant closures occurring one after another. My role was to optimize every process to keep our plant competitive. We fought hard, and we managed to stay operational several years longer than our competitors.

However, the day of the final closure arrived. As one of the last employees left on site, I was tasked with the complete dismantling. That's when it clicked: I saw high-performance equipment being shipped to the four corners of the world, while other, perfectly functional equipment was being sent to the scrapyard or destroyed. This waste struck me. There was immense potential for repurposing and reuse just waiting to be tapped.

My vision is simple: the most sustainable machine is the one that is reused. My background as a technical director taught me the value of maintenance and equipment lifecycle management.
