All our products are fully backed by our warranty

While the duration of the warranty varies according to product type and value (the duration is mentioned under each product), the following apply to all our products :

• All of our products are fully backed by one of our 15-day to 1 year warranty (duration depends on product type and value).

• Higher value products usually have warranties with longer durations. Whenever the product is covered by a warranty longer than 15 days, it will be clearly indicated in the description of the product.

• We guarantee all our products are fully functional. In the event that the product was DOA (Dead On Arrival), we will replace or fully refund the product.

• Please note that our warranty does not cover shipping charges to and from the customer.

• We test products whenever possible but mistakes do and can happen. We’ll do what’s right to correct the situation to the best of our abilities.
